Sir Michael Arthur, Former High Commissioner to India (2003-2007)

Sir Christopher Hum, Former Ambassador to China (2002-2005)

Each member of the panel served as British Ambassador in a different BRIC capital during the past decade, a period in which these countries were emerging on the world stage and becoming more conscious of their enhanced individual and collective status.
